1 CORPS TROOPS LAUNCHES BOOSTER VACCINATION DRIVE CONSECUTIVE FIFTH DAY

Troops of Headquarters 1 Corps, have contributed to the National Vaccination Drive Against COVID - 19 pandemic under the programme of “Vaccination Week” for the consecutive fifth day in an around Kilinochchi area, in coordination with the medical staff of Army Base Hospital - Kilinochchi. Vaccination centres were established at Army Base Hospital Iranamadu, Kilinochchi, Grama Niladhari Office - Thambhakaman. There were 42 persons were vaccinated. The ongoing vaccination drive contributes to the national vaccination drive in order to, achieve its desired objectives.
