1 CORPS TROOPS LAUNCHES BOOSTER VACCINATION DRIVE CONSECUTIVE EIGHTH DAY

Troops of Headquarters 1 Corps have contributed to the National Vaccination Drive Against COVID - 19 pandemic under the programme of “Vaccination Week” for the consecutive Eighth Day in an around Kilinochchi and Inthavil Palei area, in coordination with the medical staff of Army Base Hospital - Kilinochchi. Vaccination centres were established at Army Base Hospital Iranamadu, Kilinochchi, Community Hall, Inthavil Palei. There were 160 persons were vaccinated. The ongoing vaccination drive contributes to the national vaccination drive in order to, achieve its desired objectives.
