Children’s day programme of 2nd Volunteer Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps was conducted under the concept and guidance of the Mrs. Udula Kasturimudali, President of SLAWC Seva Vanitha Branch on 05th October 2024 at the camp premises of 2nd Volunteer Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps.
The occasion was graced by the Mrs. Udula Kasturimudali,President of SLAWC Seva Vanitha Branch as the chief guest. It was held by the presence of 50 children who belongs to officers and soldiers of 7 Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps, 2(V) Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps and 3(V) Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps. Commanding Officer 2nd Volunteer Battalion of Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps warmly welcomed the chief guest. There were many events for kids and President of SLAWC Seva Vanitha Branch distributed many valuable gifts for them.
