The Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps - Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAWC-SVB) hosted an informative workshop on "Importance of Mental Health" at the SLAWC Regimental Centre in Borella on Wednesday (09 February).
Lt Col Kumudinie Amarasinghe Muthaliff (Retd) SLAWC Psychological Counselor and I CAP 1, EMDR Therapist for Trauma Case Manager for Addiction led the session at the invitation of Mrs. Nayomi Gunaratne, Chairperson of SLAWC-SVB. The insightful session was attended by Officers, Other Ranks, and members of SLAWC-SVB.
