Mrs.Sachetha Hewage , the 28th President of the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAWC SVB) assumed office at the Regimental Centre, Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps at Borella on 31st January 2025 morning during a brief ceremony.
The New President on her arrival at the premises was warmly welcomed by Mrs. Shashika Karunaratne, Vice President SLAWC SVB. Several other senior members of the SLAWC SVB SLAWC, who were present, graced the charm and formal occasion.
Moreover, the Vice president of the SLAWC SVB and other senior members who were among the gathering expressed their greetings and warm wishes to the new president and for her appointment. In addition, the group photograph culminated the day’s simple ceremony.
