CELEBRATION OF 12TH ANNIVERSARY OF RANAVIRU RESOURCES CENTRE

The Ranaviru Resource Centre (RRC) celebrated its 12th anniversary on 24 May 2025 at the Ranaviru Resoureces Centre, Hendala, Wattala.

The Anniversary programme began admitting with religious observances, specially at ‘Dharma Deshana’ and morning alms giving for blessing to the RRC and followed by a donation of dry ration packs for the inmates at Laprosy Hospital Hekitta, Positioning the prominence of military traditions and customs, charm Ceremonial guard turnout was accorded to the Commandant, RCC, following a tree planting and group photograph. Afterwards, the Commandant addressed all ranks including the permanent staff and the trainees who are undergoing vocational training progrommes at RRC. A special certificates and plaques awarding ceremony was held in appreciation of dedicated service rendered by the VTA instructors and also other ranks who have made special contribution to the institution during the year. Apart from that all ranks lunch also arranged at ORs mess – RRC.
