A LECTURE ON NEW INNOVATIONS

A lecture aimed at enhancing the creative skills innovative abilities of military personnel was conducted at the 1corps auditorium on 12 November 2025.

During the session, participants were educated on the procedures for acquiring patent licenses for their innovations. Additionally, they were motivated to contribute innovations for the upcoming army innovations competition 2026.

The lecture was delivered by brigadier MRMRB Meegasthanne USP, psc, officer in charge of the research, analysis, and development wing. Colonel AHMT Gunarathne RSP, psc, served as the coordinating officer.

Total of 18 officers and 235 other ranks attended the session.
