2 (v) SLSR troops commenced on battalion training in 1 corps training school at katukeliyawa

2 (v) battalion Sri lanka sinhe regiment troops commenced their battalion training course in 1 corps battalion training school at katukeliyawa on 17 march 2025 with 8 officers and 413 other ranks.

Brigadier T C Harasgama RSP deputy general officer commanding of 11 infantry division graced the occasion as the chief guest and delivered the opening remarks before the start of the battallion trg.

Commandant BTS katukeliyawa, senior officers, officers and other ranks also took part in the opening ceremony.
