GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING 58 INFANTRY DIVISION MARK HIS VISIT TO 581 INFANTRY BRIGADE AND 5 VIJAYABAHU INFANTRY REGIMENT

Major General JKR Jayakody RWP USP made his official visit to 581 Infantry Brigade and 5 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment on 25 October 2024. General Officer Commanding was accorded with a drive past and welcomed by the Commander 581 Infantry Brigade and Commanding Officer of 5 VIR. The visit included battalion briefings, group photographs, camp visits and troop address. The programme concluded with a dinner at the Officers Mess.
