NEW BRIGADE COMMANDER ASSUMES OFFICE AT 581 INFANTRY BRIGADE

Colonel ON Manage RSP officially assumed duties as the 11th Brigade Commander of the 581 Infantry Brigade during a brief ceremony held at the Brigade Headquarters in Bellagaswewa on 12 September 2025. The event began with a formal welcome extended by the brigade staff, followed by a guard turnout. The new Brigade Commander then signed official documents at an auspicious time, planted a sapling within the premises as a symbolic gesture, and participated in a group photograph. He concluded the proceedings by addressing all Officers and Other Ranks.
