1 CORPS CONDUCTS WORKSHOP ON UNITS ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

As per the directions of the Commander of the Army and with the guidance of the Commander 1 Corps, a Units Administration and Accounts Workshop was successfully conducted at 1 Corps, with the active participation of commanding officers and majors from affiliated Battalions.

The workshop covered a wide range of essential topics including: SLAOC procedure, SLCMP procedure, SLASC procedure, Knowledge on military accounts, SLAGSC procedure, SLEME procedure, Responsibilities of COs and 2ICs, ESR procedure, Civil administration, Financial regulations, Sri Lanka Army Weapon Management System, Panel discussions on clearing doubts related to admin and logistics matters

The main objective of the workshop was to enhance knowledge and attitudes necessary for the smooth functioning of military units.
