School of Signals has organized a workshop for middle grade officers who are in the ranks of Major and Captain in order to refresh and enhance their knowledge. The workshop was started on 25 March and conducted till 27 March at 5 SLSC, Menerigama. Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps and Chief Signal Officer Sri Lanka Army Major General P A J Peiris ndu made the opening address and the three days workshop commenced as scheduled.

The 2022 Inter Regiment Carrom Championship was held from 21st to 25th March 2022 at Signal Regimental Centre premises and prize awarding ceremony held at Army physical training school – Panagoda. Players from sixteen regiments had competed in the tournament.

School of Signals reviewed the existing course curriculum in line with the "Way Forward Strategy-2020-2025” and introduced Telecommunication and Information Technology courses with National Vocational Qualifications in collaboration with Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission. With the approval of ARTRAC and Directorate of Training Diploma in Information Communication Technology Course was scheduled to conduct initially on 07 February 2022. Accordingly, the inauguration ceremony of the Diploma in Information Communication Technology Course was held at the School of Signals on 07 February 2022

The Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC-SVB) conducted “Adhishtana Pooja” to invoke blessings for the New Year 2022 with a series of religious events at Anuradhapura. These religious events were held yesterday evening and today morning (31 December 2021 and 01 January 2022) at sacred Ruwanweli Maha seya and sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi premises under the auspices of the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Major General Ashoka Peiris and the Chairperson of the SLSC Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Sajeewani Peiris. The events were hosted by 4 SLSC- Anuradhapura.
