The Outgoing Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Major General PAJ Peiris ndu paid an official visit to the 5th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps in Padukka on Monday 04th June 2022.
He was accorded a Guard Turnout at the entrance and warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer of 5 SLSC, Lieutenant Colonel SALI Jayasena psc.
The day’s proceedings started by planting a sapling, followed by a group photograph. Subsequently, he addressed All Ranks and in the address he emphasized his vision for the future development of signalers. And then, the Commanding Officer presented a memento to the day's visitor as a symbol of appreciation.
Brigadier GS Fonseka USP psc, Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Officers and Other Ranks were present during the visit.
