DONATION OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOUSE FOR LATE SERGEANT BANDARA'S FAMILY BY SIGNAL SEVA VANITHA BRANCH

Troops of 2(V) SLSC constructed house for Late Sergeant Bandara who passed away on 23^rd December 2018 due to a sudden accident and this project was sponsored by Sri Lanka Signal Corps – Seva Vanitha Branch. Meanwhile, President of Army Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Sujeewa Nelson, took part in the event as the chief guest with invitation of Mrs Keshini Hettiarachchi - President Signal Seva vanitha Branch. Further, this house was handed over to Mrs SRN Dilrukshi Dassanayake, late Sergeant Bandara's wife ceremonially on 1^st November 2019 by the Chief Guest.

This project was organized on the direction of Major General Nilantha Hettiarachchi – Chief Signal Officer and Colonel Commandant Corps of Sri Lanka Signal Corps under the supervision of Lt Col Tissa Somarathne ,Commanding Officer of 2(v) SLSC.

Major General Nilantha Hettiarachchi - Chief Signal Officer and Colonel Commandant Corps of Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Mrs Keshini Hettiarachchi - President Signal Seva Vanitha Branch , Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch, Brigadier Palitha Perera - Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Colonel Imal Assalaarachchi - Commandant School of Signal, Senior Officers, Officers and troops of 2(V) SLSC were participated for this event.
