3 SLSC BADE FAREWELL TO THE OUTGOING COMMANDER SECURITY FORCE JAFFNA AND OTHER SENIOR OFFICERS

3^rd Signal Regiment bade farewell to the outgoing Commander Security Force (Jaffna) Major General DDUK Hettiarachchi RSP VSV USP ndu psc and few other Senior Officers who are outgoing from the Security Force Jaffna during a High Tea hosted in the evening on 7^th July 2019 at the Officers Mess of the Regiment in Palaly.

Upon the invitation of the Commanding Officer Lt Col Anuradha Mendis psc, outgoing Senior Officers as General Officer Commanding of 51 Division Major General Roshan Seneviratne, Commander 512 Brigade Colonel Nalinda Niyangoda, Commander 513 Brigade Colonel Kanishka Heiyanthuduwa and Commander 523 Brigade Colonel Nilantha Fernando as well as Senior Officers of the SF HQ (Jaffna) were present at the occasion.

At the end of the High Tea, Commanding Officer presented the Plaque of Honour of the Regiment to the retiring two Senior Officers Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi and Major General Roshan Seneviratne, and Souvenir of the Regiment to three outgoing Brigade Colonel Nalinda Niyangoda, Colonel Kanishka Heiyanthuduwa and Colonel Nilantha Fernando in appreciation of their individual concern and strong affiliation towards the Regiment during their tour of duty in Jaffna.
