The final event of the 74th Anniversary celebrations of the Corps of Signals, the annual All Ranks Get Together was splendidly held in the evening on 21st October 2017 at the play ground of Signals Regimental Centre Panagoda.
It was an entertainment cum interactive event organized by the Signals Regimental Centre for all serving Signallers in order to appreciate their hard work and commitment throughout the year. The Colonel Commandant, Major General B H M A Wijesinghe USP ndu psc graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and many serving Senior Officers participated the event.
This colorful evening began with lighting of traditional oil lamp with exciting display of fireworks followed by a musical extravaganza. The event was made into a happening by renowned artists and upcoming singers of Corps of Signals as well as Army backed by performing dancers and the Army Beat Group. With this striking event, the scheduled celebrations of the 74th Anniversary of the Corps of Signals came to an end looking forward for the next mega celebrations of the 75th Anniversary next year.
