VISIT OF THE SIGNALS LADIES TO THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH IN COLOMBO
As a charitable notion directed by the Chairperson of the Signals Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs Kumari Rowel, the Vice President Mrs Arosha Wijesinghe together with a group of members visited the Ward No - 06 of National Institute of Mental Health at Mullariyawa in Colombo on 16th December 2016. During this goodwill visit, the ladies offered a scrumptious lunch for the mentally handicapped residential inmates followed by donations to fulfill the daily needs of them.
