There are three separate bungalows consisting of AC and non AC rooms with attached bath rooms, dining area and open verandah made to accommodate for both Officers and other ranks of Signal Corps as well as other regiments in the Regular and Volunteer Force (Serving / Retired ) of the Army. The bungalows are maintained by 4 SLSC.
