Mrs Nalini Ratnayake, the President of Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch along with its members paid a courtesy visit to 'Abimansala 2’, Kamburupitiya on 4th April 2023, with the objective of having a cordial interaction with the disabled War Heroes, residing at the wellness resort.
In conjunction with the visit, a New Year Festival with diverse events was organized for the entertainment of the differently able war heroes with the participation of Admin staff and Civil servants as well.
Later, valuable gift packs were donated among 15 x wounded war heroes, undergoing recuperation and rehabilitation at the facility. The event concluded with the donation of some valuable items to uplift the well-being of the inmates at the wellness facility as well.
