Sri Lanka Signal Corps with the intention of expediting fund raising campaign, a Gingerly Rolls project was launched at the Regimental Centre premises at Panagoda. The project was declared open by the Chief Signal Officer of Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Major General KAWS Ratnayake ndc during a brief ceremony held on 25 May 2023.
The project was inaugurated on a concept of the Colonel Commandant and it also aims at providing quality and healthy Gingerly Rolls to consumers at reasonable prices. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Regiment were also present during the event.
