SNCOs\' (SERGEANT) REFRESHER COURSE NO-2 SCHOOL OF SIGNAL
SNCOs\' Refresher Course No 2 for the newly promoted NCOs into the rank of Sergeant in the Corps of Signals was held at the School of Signals in KANDY from 08 to 13 February 2016. Along the same line as course No - 1, this course too organized to meet the present day requirements in the profession within the field of signals by refreshing and enhancing knowledge on professional routine work in the military environment.
Commandant of the School of Signals Col K A W S Ratnayake delivered the opening address of this short training capsule and he particularly stressed upon the need of proficient, sensible and reasonable performance of SNCOs all the time, keeping the balanced flow of their conduct between military standards and the personal life that will magnify their prospect of knowledge based performances with a realistic vision towards their challenging future.
At the end of the scheduled training, it was noted that the satisfaction of all the participants on the training received were very high as they confidently expressed the validity of such mind driving refresher courses for both present and future perspective of the Corps
