SIGNALS JUNIOR RECEIVED A CONTRIBUTION FROM THE ARMY SEVA VANITHA UNIT FOR A PET SCAN

Chairperson of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Chandrika Senanayake stepped forward with a financial contribution of LKR 200,000.00 for a Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scan, which is essential for the healing management of Nethmi Gimhani Vidanagamage, daughter of Major N G Vidanagamage Lsc SLSC who is undergoing treatments at the Apeksha Cancer Hospital, Maharagama. This charitable movement was taken place on 25th August 2017 at the same hospital. Vice President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Dananjani Karunasekara and the Chairperson of Signals Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs Arosha Wijesinghe also graced the event and senior officers of the Corps of Signals were present at the scene.
