SIGNALLERS SECURE THIRD PLACE IN ARMY OFFICERS ANNUAL MARATHON - 2016
Adding another feather to their hat, Signalers\' displayed their strength, courage and commitment becoming overall Second Runners - Ups in Army Officers Annual Marathon - 2016. Throughout the event Signalers\' were performed very well, while clinching Runners - up trophy in Lt Col and above category. Further in Brigadier rank category Brigadier KMRP Karunathilake placed second and also in Second Lieutenant rank category 2/Lt IGSB Gamage placed second. Commander of the Army Lt Gen AWJC De Silva RWP VSV USP ndu psc congratulated the \'Team Signal\' and awarded Rs 2 millions for capital vote of the regiment. Colonel Commandant Maj Gen KRP Rowel RWP USP ndu psc and many senior Signallers witness the event. Colonel Commandant appreciated the hard work of the Team Signals and congratulated for their great achievement defeating nearly 19 other Regiments took part the event.
