SEVA VANITHA BRANCH OF THE SRI LANKA SIGNAL CORPS ORGANIZED A HEALTH CAMP FOR THE WIVES OF OFFICERS AND OTHER RANKS.
Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps organized a health camp for the wives of officers and Other Ranks of the Corps and for female soldiers of the Corps on 13 March 2014 at the Signal Regimental Premises in Panagoda. This health camp was conducted in parallel with World Women’s Day 2014 which fell on 8th March 2014. Dr Asanga Hemantharathna and his medical team was the resource personal from the General Hospital Colombo. During this event, the medical team examined nearly 40 ladies for different sickness, which are often commonly found in the country today. President of Signal Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Sandamali Abeysekera and many members of the branch graced the occasion.
