OFFICERS\' TRAINING DAY OF THE SECOND QUARTER OF YEAR 2016 HELD SUCCESSFULLY
With the participation of 155 officers, the Training Day of Sri Lanka Signal Corps held successfully on 19 August 2016 at Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda under the guidance of Colonel Commandant Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Major General KRP Rowel RWP USP ndu psc.
The Training Day was commenced from morning physical training parade in order to uplift the physical standards of officers and followed by morning muster parade for junior officers. Later three guest lectures were conducted about \"Digestion and Balance Diet\", \"Maintain Hygienic Environment Free from Infections\" and \"Injury Prevention and Formulation of own Physical Training Schedule\". During the recreation session Offices played Soccer and Basketball. The programme of the day was winded up with the Diners\' Club activity where very informative and educative session on Megapolis Project of Western Region in Sri Lanka conducted by Project Managers of the same project.
