OFFICERS’ TRAINING DAY OF SRI LANKA SIGNAL CORPS

The Training Day of Corps of Signal was conducted on 24 August 2022 at Regimental Headquarter with the participation of 150 x Officers. Following events were conducted in the training day as per the instruction of Chief Signal Officer and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps.

Morning PT.

Drill for Major and below Officers.

Lecture on Advanced Persistent Threats (Cyber Security) conducted by Col KVP Dhammika USP ptsc.

Lecure on Nano Tech and its application to the military conducted by Dr Lakshitha Pahalagedara.

Recreations.

Lecture on Current Economy Crisis in Sri Lanka conducted by Mr Pasan Wijewardena.

Three intellectual sessions were conducted by the direction of Colonel Commandant to enhance the knowledge of officers in above mentioned subjected area.

The Chief Signal Officer and Col Commandant of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps Maj Gen HMLD Herath RSP USP psc and many senior officers and officers of Corps of signal have participated for Training Day.
