NEWLY APPOINTED COMMANDING OFFICER OF 4TH REGIMENT SRI LANKA SIGNAL CORPS ASSUMES OFFICE AMID CEREMONIALS AND GREERINGS.

Major RDRM Fernando RSP USP psc SLSC assumed duties as the 21st Commanding Officer of 4th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps on 17 February 2022.

In accordance with military traditions, Major RDRM Fernando RSP USP psc reviewed the guard turnout on his arrival after he was welcomed by the Second in Command of the unit Major WHMJ Wijerathna psc SLSC.

Subsequently the newly appointed Commanding Officer symbolically signed an official document to signify the acceptance of the new appointment amidst religious observances.
