Colonel AKD Adikari USP assumes duties as the 21st Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps on 19th January 2023 at Signal Regimental Centre, Panagoda.
Colonel Kasun Adikari upon his arrival at the premises, reviewed the Guard Turnout and paid tribute to the memory of Fallen War Heroes at the monument. After posing a group photograph with the Regimental Centre Staff to add much more memories to the day, the newly appointed Centre Commandant symbolically placed his signature on an official document to mark the assuming of duties, amidst religious observances at his office.
Subsequently, setting out his scope of work and duties, Colonel Kasun Adikari addressed troops serving in the Regimental Center and urged them to work with commitment and high standards of discipline.
Senior Officers/Officers and Other Ranks of Sri Lanka Signal Corps witnessed the series of ceremonials.
Colonel Kasun Adikari before being appointed to this new appointment, served as the Colonel General Staff at 23 Infantry Division, Punani.
