Col ENP Gunawardene USP assumed duties as the Deputy Centre Commandant of Sri Lanka Signal Corps at Regimental Headquarters Panagoda on 25 January 2023.
The newly appointed Deputy Centre Commandant was warmly welcomed by the General Staff Officer 1, Regimental Headquarters Sri Lanka Signal Corps upon his arrival to the premises. Later, the new Deputy Centre Commandant symbolically assumed the office by placing a signature on an official document at an auspicious time after religious observances.
