MAJOR GENERAL HMLD HERATH RSP USP psc ASSUMED DUTIES AS THE CHIEF SIGNAL OFFICER

Major General HMLD Herath RSP USP psc assumed duties as the Ninth Chief Signal Officer (CSO) of the Sri Lanka Army in his office in Army Headquarters.

Amidst religious observances and ‘Seth Pirith’ chanted by a Buddhist monk, Major General Lalith Herath RSP USP psc placed his signature for an official document and signified the acceptance of the new appointment.

Prior to this appointment Major General Lalith Herath RSP USP psc held the appointment as Deputy Commandant, Defence Services Command and Staff College, Sapugaskanda, Sri Lanka.
