Directorate of Information Technology proudly commemorated its 11th Anniversary on 01 March 2021. In line with anniversary celebrations programme, staff of the Directorate conducted a donation programme at 'Sarvodaya Suwasetha Daru Sevana' Girls Orphanage at Kosgama on 28 February 2021.
This programme was organized under the direction of the Brigadier Chanaka Prathapasinghe, Director Information Technology and gift packs were donated with necessary school items and essential dry rations. Moreover, desktop computer and two tab computers were donated with the generous sponsorship of renowned IT Company – Informatics Pvt Ltd. Subsequently, staff of the Directorate renovated the plumbing and electrical appliances of the orphanage.
Brigadier Chanaka Prathapasinghe, Director Information Technology, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Rankers of the Directorate were took part in this event.
