DIRECTOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROMOTED TO THE RANK OF MAJOR GENERAL

Director Information Technology, Brigadier PAJ Peiris ndu of Sri Lanka Signal Corps was promoted on the Army Day to the rank of Major General and received his new insignia from the Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General LHSC Silva WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc on 10 October 2020 at the Commander's office, Army Headquarters.

This senior officer was one among the thirteen Majors Generals who were elevated to the new rank on the Army Anniversary day.

The Commander of the Army pinned new rank insignia on Major General PAJ Peiris ndu and congratulated him on his future endeavours.
