After completing almost one and half years of commendable service as the Commanding Officer of 4th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Lt Col MADS Muthugala USP SLSC relinquished duties on 15th February 2022. He was saluted with a guard turnout after he was warmly received by the Second in Command of the unit Major WHMJ Wijerathna psc SLSC.
Lt Col MADS Muthugala USP SLSC afterwards concluded his service as the Commanding Officer of 4 SLSC making a farewell speech to his under command troops, followed by a traditional straight line hailed the outgoing Commanding Officer.
