Colonel Commandant SLSC and Chief Signal Officer Major General B H M A Wijesinghe USP ndu psc paid a courtesy call to outgoing Comd SF HQ (West) on 26 January 2018 at the Office of Comd SF HQ (West). The Signal Regimental Headquarters and the Headquarters Chief Signal Officer is located within the Panagoda Army Cantonment. Further the Col Comdt & CSO presented a memento as a token of appreciation to the Comd SF HQ (West).
