The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Signals Seva Vanitha Branch for the Year 2017 was held at the Signals Officers\' Mess, Panagoda during the evening hours on 22nd April 2017.\r\n\r\nAs a key occurrence at the commencement of the AGM, Mrs Arosha Wijesinghe, the Vice President was appointed as the new Chairperson by virtue of her position as the First Lady of the Corps of Signals. During the meeting, new Chairperson admiringly mentioned the past activities that were successfully completed by the Signals Seva Vanitha Branch and explained her vision in achieving the desired goals and the prospects that is mainly aligning with further developing a closer relationships and regular interactions among all members.\r\n\r\nAt the latter part of the AGM, Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Signals Major General B H M A Wijesinghe USP ndu psc customarily addressed the audience of ladies emphasizing their evenhanded role to be played for the success of spouses\' career progression.
