4TH SIGNAL REGIMENT THOUGHT THE BALANCED WAY OF LIFE TO THE TROOPS

4^th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps organized a special lecture for all Ranks with the participation of Capt O D S K Rupasri of the Directorate of Sports who addressed the audience on “Life Style Management and Positive Thinking” with a realistic view in day to day life of applied psychology on 22^nd January 2019. That was comprehensively covered the way of recognizing risk factors and the way of managing them effectively keeping correct and essential relationships in working environment while bringing out important tips on the conceptual understanding in a balanced way between the working environment and the family relationships.

At the end of the session, a memento was presented to the resource person by the Commanding Officer in appreciation of the invaluable knowledge and experiences shared with the audience.
