3SLSC SEIZED THE 1ST AND 4TH PLACES OF COMPERING STAR 2019

3^rd Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps secured the 1^st and 4^th places of the Compering Star 2019 of the Security Force (Jaffna) during the finals held at the SF HQ on 30^th October 2019.

The first place was won by Staff Sergeant Senarath RPI and the 4^th place was won by Sergeant Gunathilaka AMS. This compering competition was organized and held as directed by the Commander Security Force (Jaffna) Major General Ruwan Wanigasuriya purely to find and enhance the hidden such talents of the troops in the respective Area of Responsibility and these selections were done out of 44 participants by an expert panel of judges came from different fields in the media.

The prices for the winners were presented by the Commander of the Army during a special ceremony held at the SF HQ (Jaffna) on 4^th November 2019.
