On the direction and guidance of Brigadier M G A N B Mahathuwakkara RWP RSP ndc, the Commandant of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL), the Human Resource Department together with Factory HQ organized a meeting and factory visit on 04 July 2024 for Rainwear (Pvt) Ltd, to seek the opportunities available to work with RVAPL in the same platform.

The visiting team included Production, Quality, Assorting and Merchandizing Managers together with several other supervisors of Rainwear pvt Ltd. The Commandant together with Factory Manager, Work-study Manager and HR Manager participated in the event from the RVAPL.

Initially, Factory Manager conducted an introductory presentation including production process prior to the knowledge sharing discussion held between two parties headed by the Commandant of RVAPL.

During the same event, Brigadier M G A N B Mahathuwakkara RWP RSP ndc, the Commandant of RVAPL assured to work closely with Rainwear (Pvt) Ltd in order to build a joint venture to make the way for RVAPL to access local and global marketplace with new produts..
