RANAVIRU APPAREL LEARNT MORE ON “MENTAL HEALTH AND STRESS MANAGEMENT”
Troops of the Ranaviru Apparel learnt more on ‘“Mental Health and Stress Management” on account of training day program. The session was conducted by representative of “National Council for Mental Health”, held at RVAPL camp premises on 31Julu 2019, under the supervision and instruction of Commandant - RVAPL, Major General Manjula Manathunga.

More than 350 other ranks, including Officers serving in the RVAPL were participated for the program, to listen the lectures and learnt more about “Mental Health and Stress Management” with challenges of life from birth to death.

Mr Hema Nishantha Vithanage Senior Psychological counselor, “National Council for Mental Health” conducted lecture for the program.

Several resource personnel including Mr Gamini Subasinghe, Rehabilitation and program coordinating officer and Mrs Kalhari Kumari Mental Helth information officer of National Council for Mental Health gave their support to this program.

The programmes and lectures focused on topics, such as Suicides, Use of Alcohol and Drugs, Stress Management, Enhancement of Life Skills and Happy Married Life, etc.
