Planning conference of Ex Mitra Shakti VII was held at the Head Quarters, Southern Command of Indian Army at Pune, India from 31 Jul 2019 to 2 Aug 2019. The Delegation represented by 05 x Snr Offrs of the Sri Lanka Army headed by Brig A A D N S P Dunuwila RWP RSP USP (Centre Commandant- GW) was present for the conference and other officers were Lt Col R K A R P Ratnayake RSP USP psc, Maj S W M Deepal GW, Maj B D J Rangajeewa psc SLE, Capt K A N S K Arachchilage GR attended to the planning conference.
The head of the delegation Brig A A D N S P Dunuwila RWP RSP USP signed the Administrative Protocol Agreement (APA ) on behalf of Sri Lanka Army.
