As per the request made by the Commandant Ranaviru Sevana – Ragama, the ward no 02 of Ranviru Sevna - Rehabilitation Centre was renovated by the Seva Vanitha branch of the Gemunu Watch. It was ceremonially opened by Mrs Ruvini Lamahewa, the incumbent President of the Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Branch and handed over to the differently able soldiers on 10th July 2022.
All constructional support for the renovations were provided by fellow-soldiers of the Gemunu Watch. During the event, differently able war heroes who are presently under treatments in Ranaviru Sevana and Constructional team of the Gemunu Watch were facilitated with lunch and gift packs. The chairperson Mrs Ruvini Lamahewa and members of the Seva Vanitha Branch, Centre Commandant of the Gemunu Watch, Senior Officers , Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
