The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Branch was held on 18th February 2023 at the Regimental Centre the Gemunu Watch Paradise Auditorium hall under the patronage of the president of the Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha branch Mrs RuviniLa mahewa .Further it was attended by the Seva Vanitha vice president Mrs Shalika Edirisinghe and the 48 members of Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha Branch.
The event commenced with ceremonially opening the newly constructed Seva Vanitha office complex by Colonel of the Regiment Major General AC Lamahewa WWV RWP RSP and president of the Seva Vanitha branch the Gemunu Watch Mrs Ruwani Lamahewa. Furthermore many members of the Seva Vanitha branch the Gemunu Watch and Regimental staff officers were attended with this event.
The AGM event followed with many events including The address of the members in Gemunu Watch Seva Vanitha branch by Colonel of the Regiment Major General AC Lamahewa WWV RWP RSP. Also in the AGM a Valuable lecture was conduct about the personal health by Ayurveidc Doctor Mr. Himal Chaminda Jayarthne. In addition to that the essential school Items and scholarship donation was took place for the children of S/414285 Staff Sgt Lasantha (KIA).
Also to colour up the event, Raffle draw events and many more entertaining event along with prize giving event were conducted on this special day.
