The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Gemunu Watch (SVBGW) organized a Milk Rice Dansela for devotees at Sumana Saman Dewalaya, Ratnapura, on 10 May 2025.
The event was held in line with Vesak Week celebrations, under the guidance of Dr. (Mrs.) Dilrukshi Wimalarathne, President of the SVBGW. The Commander (RFT) and troops extended their full support to ensure the success of the programme, which treated thousands of devotees.
The occasion was graced by Dr. (Mrs.) Dilrukshi Wimalarathne, President of the SVBGW; members of the SVBGW; the Director General Infantry and Colonel of the Regiment, Gemunu Watch, Major General WBJK Wimalaratne RWP RSP; along with senior officers, officer and other ranks.
