DEVELOPING ATTITUDES OF SRI LANKAN ARMY SOLDIERS TO REDUCE ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

As per the vision of the Colonel of the Regiment the Gemunu Watch, was invited Chief Inspector H W Keerthi Jayantha a Training Instructor of Police In - service Unit Anuradhapura to conduct a visiting lecture on Developing Attitudes of Sri Lankan Army Soldiers To Reduce Anti Social Activities on 28 February 2017 at Regimental Lecture Hall premises. \r\n \r\nChief Inspector HW Keerthi Jayantha was welcomed by the Centre Commandant on behalf of the Gemunu Regiment and he declared a valuable half day programme for 28 Officers and 360 Other Ranks. The lecture was composited of Child Protection, Anti Social Activities, Juvenile Unrest, Social Values, Soldier’s Burning Issues, Counseling and Building of Good Family Organization and it was a good as per the feedbacks of audience. \r\n\r\nThanking speech was done by the Deputy Commandant Colonel MRKWB Pinnawala RWP RSP USP and end of the programme, presented a memento to the Visiting Lecturer in appreciation of valuable service and inspiration rendered to the Regimental Centre on behalf of the all Officers and Other Ranks. \r\n
