THE COLONEL OF THE REGIMENT VISIT 3RD VOLUNTEER BATTALION THE GEMUNU WATCH

Commander Security Forces (East) and Colonel of the Regiment of the Gemunu Watch Major General PML Chandrasri WWV RWP RSP ndu made an official visit to 3rd Volunteer Battalion of the Gemunu Watch on 24th January 2022, while the battalion was in Battalion Training at Battalion Training School at Katukeliyawa. Further, the Colonel of the Regiment was honoured with a drive pass at the main entrance on his arrival and was warmly welcomed by Commanding Officer Major P A G A P Madiththapola.

During the visit, Colonel of the Regiment addressed the troops who had been undergoing the Battalion training followed by an all rank tea party. In order to mark the event, he was presented with a memorabilia at the culmination of his first official visit as Colonel of the Regiment the Gemunu Watch and the Commander Security Forces (East).
