CENTRE COMMANDANT OFFICIALLY VISITED REGIMENTAL HEADQUARTER BATTALION

Brigadier HCL Galappathti RSP USP, the Centre Commandant of The Gemunu Watch, visited the Regimental Headquarter Battalion on 20 November 2023, after assuming duties as the commandant of regimental centre the Gemunu Watch. Lt Col ALAN Dhammika RWP RSP, the Commanding Officer of the RHQ battalion, warmly welcomed the commandant and conducteda briefing and discussed the matters which are pertaining to the battalion. Thereafter, the Commandant visited RHQ battalion premises, including the temple, office complex, and living areas of the troops. The Commandant addressed the officers and other ranks and emphasized his vision and expectations from the battalion. Finally, a group photograph was taken to mark the event.
