Brigadier N.H. Malsinghe RWP RSP USAWC psc, Director of the Directorate of Staff Duties, has achieved a historic milestone by graduating with a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. Notably, he has earned superior graduate status, an honour previously unmatched by any Officer from the Sri Lanka Army.
Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, the Commander of the Army extended heartfelt congratulations to Brigadier N.H. His success in graduating among the top 30 percent of his class and being recognised as a Superior Graduate underscores his exceptional intellectual acumen and dedication to professional excellence.
