Akuressa Hospital Gets New COVID-19 Ward

In order to accommodate 75 more COVID-19 patients, 3 Gemunu Watch (3 GW) and Corps of Engineer Services troops under command to the 613 Brigade of the 61 Division under the Security Forces – West established an Intermediate Care Centre (ICC) at Akuressa Hospital compound and formally vested it in hospital authorities on Saturday (29).

It was done in less than a week with the support of health workers.
