Tri Forces Veterans Reminisce Battlefield Experiences

Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Chief of Defence Staff, Commander of the Army and the Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), together with Rear Admiral Piyal de Silva, Commander of the Navy and Air Marshal Sumangala Dias, Commander of the Air Force participated in a special talk show in ‘Swarnawahini’ on account of the National War Heroes’ Day on Tuesday (18) evening at 10.00 p.m.

All tri service Commanders who have actively thrown their weight behind the successful story of the fight against LTTE terrorism reminisced past battlefield experiences for restoration of durable peace in Sri Lanka.
