ARMY SCHOOL OF LOGISTICS CONDUCTED DIRECTING STAFF REFRESHER PROGRAMME TO ENSURE INSTRUCTIONAL READINESS

The Directing Staff Refresher Programme was successfully conducted at the Wisdom Hall, Army School of Logistics, from 26 December 2025 to 30 December 2025,under the supervision of the Commandant Army School of Logistics, Brigadier DIS Jayasinghe ndc psc.

The programme was designed to refresh and enhance the subject knowledge of the Directing Staff in relation to the Logistics Staff Course (LSC) curriculum, in preparation for the commencement of Logistics Staff Course 12 (LSC 12).

The programme commenced with opening remarks delivered by the Commandant Army School of Logistics, Brigadier DIS Jayasinghe ndc psc who highlighted the importance of maintaining high instructional and assessment standards.

The subject programme focused on the preparation and finalization of Directing Staff (DS) solutions for exercises, progress reviews of exercises and the roles and responsibilities of the Sponsor Directing Staff Committee appointed for LSC 12. In addition, emphasis was placed on DS evaluation, as well as a comprehensive review of the assessment and evaluation procedures of the Logistics Staff Course.
